I was highly disappointed. I ordered 2 dozen glazed donuts. They were very cold as if they’d been refrigerated. I love Shipleys, but was disappointed with my cold donuts. This is the 2nd time that I’ve gotten donuts that were not fresh and hot; which is what I expect from Shipley’s.

I have tried this place a few times at different time in the morning to test. The donuts are never fresh. They are stale and flavorless no matter what time of day you visit this location. It’s disappointing for a product with a high margin to be sold as fresh. Kroger or Walmart has better donuts than this location. Save your time money, and stomach and go to another location or donut shop.

Good Lawd, I have eaten from several Shipley’s Donuts, and this is by far the WORST! This is the only Shipley’s that did not have light and airy donuts. These donuts thicker than a snicker! This place need a donut referendum or an experienced baker. Definitely not the quality I expected.

This place is poorly managed. I walked in at 6:30am and wasn’t greeted or anything. I asked for 2 glazed donuts and got told they’re out. That’s the most common donut in a donut shop, how are you out? It’s early morning, not like I came in at noon. I had to ask how long would it be for more she said about 15 mins. I just left. That’s really poor service and poorly managed. In my opinion the assorted donuts looked old anyways. I won’t be back.

Nope.Moved from Houston and we were excited to find a Shipleys. Went by the drive thru today and asked for a half dozen donuts. The lady at the drive thru very rudely told us they don’t sell half dozens, only dozens.Pretty sure that’s not accurate. We were just getting donuts for the kids so we said okay, can we just get two donuts and she cut us off very rudely and said “I SAID we only sell dozens.”We just left and went to Dunkin next door.

Out of donut holes and Kolaches by 10:30. Employee was extremely rude. Every time I tried to order, she turned around to talk to someone in the back. My family and I left with out ordering.

I’ve ordered here three times now and it’s been horrible every time. I love Shipleys as a chain but these donuts are always dry, old and nothing like what shipleys should be.

I just left this location the black lady is EXTRA RUDE and has a bad attitude. This lady did not greet me handed me my food and slammed the window close. Horrible customer service. I will not be back. Donuts not fresh cold like they’ve been in the fridge.

When this location first opened, I came regularly, they were the fluffiest tastiest donuts in my area. I hadn't been in a while and decided to stop by yesterday and ordered my usual 3 plain glazed donuts. I immediately knew something was off when I looked into the bag and saw 3 hard looking smaller than usual donuts. I took one out to try it hoping it was better than it looked, it was terrible. The donut was extremely dense, dry and not as sweet as I'm used to. I called and spoke with the manager who confirmed the formula had changed, what a disappointment. If anyone from Shipley 's reads this, save the canned response that you'll probably message me, and fix your donuts; y'all are not representing your name well at all with these terrible hunks of dough.

I guess y'all don't put any filling in your "filled" donuts anymore? I've given up hope that it was a one time mistake. Several times I've been and there is maybe an eraser sized amount of filling. Is filling that expensive you have to cheat your customers out of what they paid for?
