Love this Dunkin' location, it’s very clean and I always get a friendly greeting when I enter. The employees are always pleasant, donuts and coffee are super fresh. Had a chance to talk to the store manager Hannah and let her know this is my favorite Dunkin'. She is an absolute delight, definitely recommend this location.

I’ve deleted the app and not going back. The last two times I’ve been there the donuts have been stale. I don’t eat them till I get home and I do go in to buy them. The staff is fairly OK, but they spend too much talking instead of waiting on the customers. In the East Coast Dunkin’ Donuts (where I’m from) are very different the donuts nice and fresh. What happens here in Texas? I have no clue, but I’m done with Dunkin’ Donuts in Texas.

Wow, 38 years strong as a Dunkin supporter, but this may be my last venture. Stopped by for quick donut and breakfast wrap, which resulted in a 30 min wait listening to a horrible Playlist. Staff was not at all personable. By the end of my wait I didn't even want what I ordered. Next door is a Shipley which just last week resulted in a five star rating. Poor management, customer service, and environment will run your business to the ground. Hopefully Dunkin pulls together... lots of great memories... sad.

This location is being ran into the ground. Look at their overall Google reviews/ratings. Does Corporate even care?

Came inside, guy in front of me ordered. Then girl that took his order (noise ring piercing, dark hair, Hispanic/Indian decent, wears glasses) just disappeared after taking his order. Never came back. I stood in line for another 4-5 mins, no one came to the counter.

Seems those in the drive thru are first priority over those that come inside. No one apologized for the wait or acknowledged me or others behind me in the growing line that was forming inside.

Then noise ring chick appears again, purse on shoulder and clocks out at 10:55 am at register right in front of me. Never acknowledges anyone or makes eye contact. Then looks up at line of people in front of her, and throws up the peace sign and walks out (check the camera system yourself). Then another 3 mins go by, we’re all just standing there. No one is coming to the counter to take our order. (Again check the camera system).

Then white kid, brown hair parted down the middle 90’s cut waits on me. Not trying to be disrespectful with my description of employees however no one is wearing name tags to identify them. Not one single employee.

Location seems very understaffed and out of items on their menu. Not sure where the Manager went that was previously managing the location over near PCA, but bring her back. I come here once every 3 months and it’s getting progressively worse with each visit.

No one answers the phones either (during normal business hours).

There’s a Shipley’s directly next door (who was in business first), a Scooters directly across the street, and a Dutch Bros within walking distance. I’d suggest doing business with any of those places. Kinda sad too because this Dunkin location is the newest in the area and we wouldn’t be sad if they’d just close their doors 🤷🏻‍♀️

These morning, we went to get two sort of sandwich like every weekend but after we finish to get a breakfast or stomach, stir volution and finally after five minutes, you have to go to the bathroom just to let you know who’s cooking this morning that is wrong to the manager in charge, please pay attention

Went to this location and paid with Apple Pay and the next time I used AP it said I had no money on all cards linked to AP. I made the simple mistake of passing my phone to the cashier through the window out of sight. If you pay with AP don’t be so trusting. They need to be extending the pay pad out so you can see. They need to be investigated today.
