They don’t care about attending people in the lobby. They pretend like you’re not there. After a long while they ask you “you need help” in an annoyed way.. Yes. I want to order. Then they proceed to take even longer to give you a small order. Straight bums working here.

Dunkin is my fav spot for a coffee, but I went in New Year’s Eve day and I ordered a Medium hot latte with French vanilla, unfortunately the girl with the pretty eyes seem super off, didn’t have a great attitude and had a bad face when I got to the window to pay, she didn’t have 2% milk like I asked so I was ok with whole milk just for this time, but as soon as I drove off I noticed my coffee isn’t full enough like other times, as a regular customer this is disappointing that I pay more than $5 for a coffee plus other stuff and all I get is 75% of my coffee??? I’m sorry but that is Not okay! I won’t be coming back to this location, they always seem to do something to piss me off! Do not come here, they have bad attitude and they are stingy with the amount of content for the prices you pay!!!! 👎👎👎

This place has caused me to not like any Dunkins. I just ordered a sausage, egg and chz croissant and it looks like it was smashed and slid to the side. The hash browns were burnt and soggy. The coffee, dragon fruit lemonade and the mocha were all bad

What happened to this place I ordered a sausage egg cheese croissant hashbrowns and a sweet tea. Sandwich bread was burnt and had no cheese. Hashbrowns were burnt and soggy and sweet tea tasted like it been made the night before. This isn’t a just oversight mistake. To me this shows a location that has a lack of caring on what they serve. Management needs to show accoutabilty. We called to tell them and didn’t seem to care or apologize

Well this last visit did it for me. We come here three times a week but we'll be stopping in Frisco from now on, seems like everybody here gets good service there. I'm tired of being treated like a nuisance for spending my money here. She asked for my order, didn't listen, asked again, I ordered, and I waited for my order to appear on the screen, it did not, and she didn't give me a total, she just told me to pull forward. I asked her to repeat my order and she told me it was "standard" rather than repeat the details. What? Rude!! Maybe she needs to slow down if this is all too hectic! Not surprisingly, my coffee is not what I wanted. I don't know the standard at dunkin because I don't work there, I just want my order the way I want it because it's cost money. I don't understand fast food workers who treat people like crap, when they surely eat fast food themselves and would not like that very much!

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for over a year since I live down the street in the Ridgepointe neighborhood. The cold foam on cold brews usually comes out like a blob of melted snow on top and the taste is gone.
There are other times when I don’t think they put in the sweetener I request and since I live down the street I’ve actually gone home on my way to where I’m going just to put in the sweetener that I originally wanted.

The girl with the cow piercing gave us horrible service treated us very poorly. She even gave us the wrong item and lied about it. After we proved she lied she made up some excuse they don't have anymore.
The customer service was TRASH! I didn't even place an order because that Lil girl at the counter was RUDE! Learn how to be polite and speak to customers as if you're happy to get a check. I walked out and drove to the one in Frisco and received the kind of customer service experience I expected from DD. I'll GLADLY drive to the Frisco location before ever coming back to this one.

Honestly the grossest Dunkin I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot of Dunkin’s, first off the bagel minis were soggy, cold, and tasted like the oven they just came out of, not to mention my DRINK which I would like to rename as a cup with ice and a side of coffee, the workers literally filled up my cup with so much ice that I was literally done with my coffee in the span of 5 mins, how do you finish a large coffee in 4 gulps? Manager needs to be informed of this, and workers should be retrained. Sad because this used to be the best dunkin.
