The customer service at this place is great. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The brisket is delicious. The portions for the brisket sandwich are a bit scant. It could be because I had sliced brisket instead of chopped, but there could've been at least 2 more pieces. Same goes with the "PPO", just a touch more pickles/peppers/onions to fix the sandwich ratio. My wife and I went for a drive to find a restaurant that we hadn’t eaten at for our date night. As we passed Flatrock BBQ, she quickly Googled it and, based on the reviews, decided to give it a shot. We were blown away by the kindness and warmth we felt from everyone that was working there. Completely wonderful family atmosphere. The BBQ was delicious and we would happily take the family back there to eat again!

Tried for the first time today, best BBQ I've had in a long time. Had chicken, ribs, baked beans. and potato salad. Well worth the drive from Little Elm. Called the order in and was ready when I got there Will definitely be regulars.
