Amazing food and service every time! The pizza is the best in DFW! We’ve also had the pasta, salmon, etc. and everything has been delicious. Do yourself a favor and order the bruschetta! We’ve been coming here for years, and the customer service is always excellent.

Pizza was not hot seemed like it had been sitting for a bit, I asked for no meatballs and no sausage got meatballs and no pepperoni. Calamari was good

Don’t kick out the barstool guy next time😂

My family went for the first time the other day and were unfortunately very disappointed. When you walk in you are greeted by a strong scent of air freshener which is odd when entering a restaurant, you are meant to smell food not an artificial scent. It was also all I could smell while sitting down at our table. Very unappetizing. I ordered a 12” 4 cheese pizza, side cesar salad and cheese ravioli for my daughter. The pizza was liquidy when it arrived fresh out of the oven, most likely fat and water from too much sauce pooling in the middle. The entire middle part of the pizza was soggy. Either too much cheese and too thin of a dough or too much watery sauce. The flavor was good but a thin pizza isn’t supposed to be soggy. The cesar salad was also soggy. I assume it was old lettuce or too much dressing or both. Unfortunately inedible. My daughter’s cheese ravioli seemed to taste good to her but I could see how watery the tomato sauce was. Maybe it needs to be reduced down a little bit more to evaporate some more of the liquid. That would probably also help keep the pizza from getting soggy. While the food was disappointing our server was extremely nice and attentive, I unfortunately do not remember her name but she was extremely nice and did a great job taking care of my family. Overall wouldn’t come back until these issues are resolved.

I have been a customer of Goodfellas for years and have visited more than 20 times in the past year because I genuinely enjoy the food. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was the worst experience I have had at your establishment.

The service was poor from start to finish. The server ( Levi B, approximately 6 ft tall african american male) handled and touched the food while bringing it to the table. I described the description of the server merely in case the name on the receipt ( Levi B) is incorrect. We ordered pasta with chicken, but the dish arrived without any chicken. Overall, the service throughout the meal was unacceptable.

I paid $40.03. Later, while reviewing my credit card activity, I discovered that the charge posted for $45.03 instead of $40.03. An additional $5.00 appears to have been added after I left the restaurant. I did not authorize any additional charge after signing the receipt.

What is most concerning is not simply the poor service, but the apparent unauthorized adjustment to my credit card charge. I have dined at Goodfellas many times and have always returned because I enjoyed the food. However, finding an additional charge on my card that I did not authorize is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns along with terrible service from Levi B.

I would appreciate an explanation of how this occurred and what steps will be taken to prevent similar situations in the future.

Giving one star so i could review. We ordered online through the slice app and it would not confirm the order when i called the lady that answered did not understand english and got the manager on the phone who looked it up and responded with i see the order however there is no Tip on it. The manager should have replied with i do see it and let me confirm the order so that we can start making the food. I’m sorry but if im ordering for pickup a tip is irrelevant and you just need to make the food. I would not order from this place just on that comment alone.
