Absolute sham of a place and an insult to the word Hyderabad and biryani. I’m sure every last review is false. Words fail me on what they packed in the name of their #1 dish so called Hyderabad chicken dum biryani. Pale yellow greasy rice all one color, 2 small pale chicken drumsticks, not quarters like their description says. No masala, no flavor, no taste, just some stupid plain rice. Do yourself a favor when you consider this place. Starve.

They intentionally don’t give menu to the customers, so that they can charge high price on certain products where customer can’t deny paying the price because by the time a customer pays the bill they have already been consumed those products and this place don’t care about customer feedback/concern because I felt like they think people should pay whatever they charge irrespective of whether a customer should know the price before ordering anything as a minimum courtesy standard. Primarily when the feedback was given to the front desk they didn’t even care about what I was saying. When there is NO value to a customer then there is NO value in recommending this place anyone.

We like their food and so always drives 40 mins. This time they said they ran out of all biryani and said they have just boneless. We ordered one, took 30 mins to make and it was just chicken fried fresh in oil and mixed into some left over rice. Zero flavor. We left it all on table, paid and left. Guy did not even care when I said so.
They could have simply said they are out of all biryani.

Dont go there . I did not know goat sukha would have gravy , refer to the picture below , absolutely obnoxious. it contradicts the name of the dish sukha should be dry , it was horrible and gave us a tummy burn

I ordered one of the top 3 recommended items from the menu : goat biryani. Opening the container a strong smell of cinnamon hit me - 1st red flag. Proceeded to taste the biryani- it was not good. For an $18 biryani, that was no where near a 5 star rating. Lacked flavor. Gentleman behind counter was nice.

If you are a Mutton biryani lover you mist try this place. We ordered Nalli goat biryani and it was amazing 👌👌 My kids also enjoyed tgis biryani so the spice level was perfect. In Appetizer the chicken majestic was also very flavorful. This one is also a must try. In mains we tried Nawabi chicken curry and this one was so so as it was very spicy and hot. Spicy good lovers may like it.

However, the Nalli Gosht, which we ordered based on the hype, was disappointing. It was too dry and didn’t justify the price.

I had a terrible experience at Hyderabad Wala, not just once but twice. A month ago, I ordered Chicken Dum Biryani, and to my disappointment, both the chicken and rice were completely raw. I decided to give them another chance yesterday, which turned out to be a big mistake.
This time, I ordered (#131) Boneless Chicken Biryani and even informed them about my previous bad experience, asking them to ensure everything was right. I specifically confirmed twice that the chicken would be boneless, and they assured me it was. However, after reaching home, I found that they had given me regular Chicken Biryani with bones.
When I called to report the issue, instead of offering a refund or an immediate resolution, they told me to drive back 40 minutes just to exchange the order. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
To make things worse, the first time I visited, I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for a biryani that was raw. The second time, I waited an hour only to receive the wrong order. This restaurant clearly does not care about customer satisfaction. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place!
