I ordered 3 eggrolls with extra sauce….no sauce no recibe and the egg rolls looks all burned super super bad service definitely no coming back

The girl named Betty treated me horribly, I had my order for 30 minutes and she didn't want to give me my order. She lied to him telling me that she is Ana and it is a lie, she never gives me orders through the window and I said that I would pick them up there. He always makes me come down for my order and takes a long time to deliver it to me. I don't recommend this place because of that girl named Betty who is rude and poorly educated.

It is disappointing that every time I place a mobile pick up order through the window a girl with glasses tells me I have to get off, she never wants to give me my order, I ask her name and she never wants to give it to me. They should be more delicate when hiring people.Never come at 9am because the girl is always there and responds super rude and laughs in my face.

Eating behind the counter is against food safety protocol. This location is violating food safety and no friendly service. I Was greeted at the window at 12:58pm tonight with the coworker having a mouth full of food while talking to me. After talking to me he closes the window in my face without allowing me to communicate back in regards to my order Where is the manager and why is this acceptable? Somebody from corporate needs to address this.

So they gave me all the left over curly fries from the bottom of the barrell ? not cool. And the food was cold . Will probably not go here again. And I do not recommend. I also asked for buttermilk sauce and they gave me creamy avocado lime sauce. How do you mess that up? SMH in case the employees here read this just want to say " y'all suck" and take some pride in your work .

Order is always wrong and/or missing items.Update: 12/28/2023Tried to give them another chance because it's open late. I received someone else's order entirely. The order accuracy problem at this location is severe, and it has been going on years at this point. Don't order here unless you are prepared to take the food back.

My burger I ordered came out greasy. Like someone deep-fried it or sum..and the only thing that came out good were the fries.. and those go in the frier!(they weren't as bad as my burger) I'll never go to this location again.

Stopped by on my way home. Ordered #6 Ultimate Cheesburger. My food was freshly made and very hot. Burger juice and cooked to perfection. Seasoned fries very hot. The food was amazing, however, the order taker was hard to understand and also told me they don't have a freestyle machine as I tried to order a Mellow Yellow Zero. He said they dont have freestyle and that they had coke zero. I took the coke zero but the menu board clearly says freestyle. When I drove to the window, I can clearly see the machine and could see that they did indeed have the drink I actually wanted and that it was not out. This would have been a 5 star visit, maybe next time the manager listening on their headset could jump in and correct the employee.Overall I would recommend this location because the food was hot and tasted great.
