It is disappointing that every time I place a mobile pick up order through the window a girl with glasses tells me I have to get off, she never wants to give me my order, I ask her name and she never wants to give it to me. They should be more delicate when hiring people.Never come at 9am because the girl is always there and responds super rude and laughs in my face.
Eating behind the counter is against food safety protocol. This location is violating food safety and no friendly service. I Was greeted at the window at 12:58pm tonight with the coworker having a mouth full of food while talking to me. After talking to me he closes the window in my face without allowing me to communicate back in regards to my order Where is the manager and why is this acceptable? Somebody from corporate needs to address this.

The girl named Betty treated me horribly, I had my order for 30 minutes and she didn't want to give me my order. She lied to him telling me that she is Ana and it is a lie, she never gives me orders through the window and I said that I would pick them up there. He always makes me come down for my order and takes a long time to deliver it to me. I don't recommend this place because of that girl named Betty who is rude and poorly educated.
