Good food :) good customer service too !
Dine in at High Point NC. 1st time. Watched 2 employees look at me at the order counter and said or did nothing, then finally someone took my order. Nice young man and he brought the food to me. But, the tea tastes like cleaner, burger was tasteless and fries taste stale. Never going back..
Used the drive thru in Tucson as, and got raw chicken sandwiches, when we complained and asked for a refund they said no and didn’t correct the order. Escalated it to corporate offfice with no response , so we reported it to the local health department

Great customer service and food when it is cooked to order, especially the French fries. Tyler took an order and was an absolute pleasure to talk to. The food came out fresh and hot and wonderful. The overnight crew provided incredible customer service and quick assistance. The new bacon wrangler double burger is really good with a good amount of chipotle aoli sauce. It remains a solid choice for a quick, fresh meal.
