Went through the drive through. Ordered 3 meals. The guy who took my order repeated it back correctly. When the guy came out to take my payment he approached my vehicle and told me my total. He didn’t great me or double check that my order was correct. When he brought my drinks and food he only had 2 drinks. I told him one was missing and he went to get it, while he did that I checked the bag to notice there was a whole meal missing. When I looked at the receipt they only charged me for 2 for some reason so I had to order the 3rd meal and would have to continue to wait for it to be made. Before I paid I checked the food to be sure it was made correctly and of course it was not. Told him I wanted it all remade correctly. He refused to take the wrong order back even to just throw it away. He was very impolite and unprofessional even from the initial interaction when he took my first payment. I ended up speaking with a manager who was very understanding and who remade the whole order so it was all fresh after waiting there for so long. However when I get home the food was still not made right!! Burger was supposed to have Mayo but it had ketchup and it was saturated where it was dripping with it. Also pretty sure the meat was not cooked completely as it didn’t taste right and was weird looking on the inside. Feel like it’s some kind of cruel joke at this Point just cause they had to remake food they messed up to begin with!! If myself, whom is preg, or my kids get sick it will not be a good thing for this place.

Bad customer service, Bad attitudes long wait times for food during the middle of the week.I dunno what happened it used to be a friendly neighborhood restaurant, I have visited many Whataburger restaurants this has become one of the worst ones.I guess it's best to not eat there anymore.

For a fast food establishment, they sure are slow. It took them over 40 minutes for them to take our order at the drive thru, and for us to even roll up to the first window. We ended up leaving before we were even able to get our food because it took so long. Absolutely ridiculous.The crazy thing is, we weren’t even here during peak time of the day.

Service here has seriously gone downhill. From the attitudes from the employees, to them not getting your order correct and down right the the looks on their faces that they don't care. Heaven forbid they actually do their jobs to the best of their abilities.

Warning all.... check those burgers before you drive off. They are burning buns and leaving off the cheese on their sandwiches today. I have a photo of the burnt bread but their site wont let me upload it. You have to drive back up and give them your sandwich the same day for them to remake it for you. We were too far for that so I just ate around the burnt stuff. Lost 1/3 of the single ($5+). My husbands double ($8+) was burnt as well.

Ordered through the drive thru. Person on the speaker was amazing. It was the waiting that baffled me. We waited almost 30 minutes for 2 burgers and a set of large fries and onion rings.We got home and the fries and onion rings tasted of old oil. 20 minutes later we were sick to our stomachs. Never again eating here.

I have been to a lot of Whataburger locations, as it is my favorite restaurant. This one might be the best I have been to, ever! Preparing for this review, I look around from my booth and I see everything clean. Parking lot…clean, tables…clean, floor…clean. Two managers are having a brief convo by the front, both of them smile and give the impression that they have things under control. I’m greeted immediately by a smiling cashier, my food comes out in like 3 min, and these might be the best fries I have ever eating in my life. I accept the gift from heaven and begin drowning them in ketchup, regular ketchup of course. As I eat, staff is moving around the dining room, their dining room, carefully making sure it stays a temple. I am honored to be at this location right now, in the presence of people who made this experience possible. I didn’t try the patty melt yet, I’m saving it for later, but I bet it’s amazing as well. Your company is so lucky to have you. And these managers are so lucky to have this staff. Thank you for loving this restaurant.

I visited the drive thru and ordered the fish dinner (2 pc fish & fries).I've been waiting for this since it's seasonal and I was SO disappointed! The fish was not fresh. It was stiff...not quite hard but in its way.The person who took my order in the drive thru provided good customer service so that's the 2 star rating.I just wish places that serve food would provide quality, hot, fresh food for our money spent with them.The fish is a good portion size but it doesn't matter as much if it isn't fresh and can't be enjoyed.Please cook the fish to orderI'd rather wait then get old fish. I won't reorder this season. I'm turned off.

I visited the store a little after 10 pm. The dining room was open, so I weasnt in to dine in. I placed my order, got my drink and set down. I noticed the other patrons where being called to the counter to pick up their food. When my number was called I had to the counter as wellI asked the guy behind the counter why my wasn't being brought to my table. He explained that after 10pm ,all orders are take out. I guess after 10 , the employees can't walk thirty feet to deliver food to a table. If only have only take out after 10 pm, why is dining room. Not to self, after 10 , go down the road to In and Out.
