I wish I would have read the reviews before coming in. I was in the area doing some light shopping- decided to drop by for a great treat. Horrible customer service- rude, had attitude and audibly disappointed that I did not tip. This seems to be a standard, based on prior reviews. What a shame. I will not be back.

This review is specifically for Joe, who was working on 11/ 29/2024 @ about 9:30pm ish. I was extremely emotional this evening as I dropped in to lift my spirits for a sweet treat. His bubbly/vibrant personality and smile did just that. I truly appreciate his kindness and patience with me as I am a repeating customer but had never experienced this level of service. You all lucky to have him & a pray he is protected!
