Eating a caramel apple on Friday that they made the previous Wednesday isn't good. I'd only eat one on the day they made it. It was such a disappointment . They assured me it would be fine. It wasn't . But the Chocolate Chocolate Turtles were great.

Spent our vacation in Texas, while there we visited one of the best ice cream shops in Texas, Kilwins Ice Cream, 5752 Grandscape, The Colony, TX. OMG, it made my mouth scream for more. So many varieties and the Carmel Apples are to die for, The Apples are so fresh, tasted like just picked. Can’t wait to go back.

The ice cream was very delicious and clearly made with quality ingredients. However, I was concerned to observe a staff member wearing gloves who touched her hair and phone before handling items without changing gloves. This raised hygiene concerns and detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Today we went to Grandscape for the “Fun in the Splash” event!!! We stopped by Kilwins since I’ve tried when to first opened!! Upon entering Dasiana(Dede) sorry if name is wrong, was really nice and welcoming. Ray was very friendly and helpful in assisting on suggestions on our choice of ice cream! We had the Dulce Leche ice cream and Butter Pecan ice cream, with apples with cinnamon sprinkled on top! Very great! We will be coming back to just enjoy this place and try some more of their delightful ice cream.!
We also got the chance to take home some Carmel apples as well!
