Little Caesars Pizza

We picked up a pizza Jan 26th for a kids party. It was not cooked! Kids were half way through eating when I realized! I had to stop the little ones from eating. 😩 called that same night to let them know, said they would not refund me and said they would have a manager call me back. Never did. My poor babies were eating this uncooked pizza, and I couldn’t even get a refund!

I think it's safe to say that people come to little Cesars because of the price/value, as well as the overall consistent quality. I have come to this location twice and what I have found to be a cut above at this store is the service! Sam has been so kind and personal, and even carried out a large order and loaded it in my car for me! Came for the well-priced pizza and will keep making an effort to stop by this location because of the service I have received!

Hair was found in my food. I accidentally ate it requested a refund from the manager. He was mad that I requested a refund and walked outside towards me being disrespectful because he was upset. This place has bad customer service and they don’t hold there self accountable.

I’ve tried Little Caesars twice now in the last month. Both times my pizzas were cold. The first time I ordered from Uber Eats, so this time I tried directly from Little Caesar’s website, and they had it delivered by Door dash and it was cold again. Not a long wait time so not sure how it gets so cold on the way here.

Manager is unprofessional and they make to many mistakes do not go here

I always custom order my pizza... But I ending up with a $5.99 pepperoni pizza instead of my custom Beef Pizza w/extra cheese that cost me $10+...Pay more attention

Crazy Puffs Pizza is the best pizza they make.
Their app is way too difficult to use. Staff is friendly.

My 2 orders of breadsticks were super brown and hard. No sausage pizza. Pepperoni pizza was questionable. Feels like it’s old.
