What an odds to meet the same owner who had Living Room on Preston Rd! Hookah is AMAZING and ambience is wonderful! Design is unique, you wouldn't find any hookah place like this. Clean and a nice music, not loud, just perfect to for conversations! Kamran (owner) who really cares about his customers, attentive and respectful! Other guy (didn't ask for his name) always comes to change coals, you don't need to wait for it. It's definitely my place to go to!
I love the Atmosphere and definitely my go to place when I am in town. The Service is outstanding and if you’re someone who chews their mouth piece as much as me then definitely grab a custom mouth piece.

Highly recommend Xai Lounge! We wanted to try something new and we were not disappointed at all! The owner and employee are very nice and welcoming, went above and beyond to accommodate us. We ordered the (sex on the beach in a grapefruit head) and the flavors were so smooth and delicious! They have a variety of hookah flavors and on top of that they have list of snacks and drinks they offer.
