Unfortunately, the experience was very uncomfortable due to the lack of air conditioning. The place was extremely hot, making it hard to enjoy the food. It’s difficult to relax and have a proper meal in such a warm environment. I hope they consider improving the ventilation or installing AC — it would make a huge difference.

The spring rolls only had only 1 piece of shrimp per half. Had a salad covered in rice paper. The massaman curry was too sweet.

The food here is consistently amazing and delicious, which is why I’ve been a loyal customer for years. However, on multiple occasions when ordering takeout, my order has either included meat I didn’t ask for, been completely incorrect, or not prepared as requested. When I’ve called to address these issues, the woman who answers the phone has been consistently rude, dismissive, and lacks basic customer service skills. A simple apology or even a small gesture—like a $5 credit—would go a long way in showing appreciation for a returning customer. Instead, I’m met with disrespect every time.

Ordered here a few times and haven’t been disappointed yet! Food is always great and staff are kind.
