I had been wanting to stop in this place, and I'm glad I did. It's a small but cute space. Just to pop in and pick up. Very friendly staff. We got the almond croissant, spinach and feta croissant and cookies and cream macarons. Everything was delicious, even once we got home. We'll drop by again soon!

I’ve been dying to try this place for the croissants. I finally have the time to make it. I bought an almond croissant and a chocolate croissant. Both so delicious. It just saddens me that we are living in the days where customer service is lacking. I stopped by at 10am this Saturday morning, happy and chirpy that today was the day I got the opportunity to stop into Ollio. The young lady there had this HORRIBLE face…like she dreaded being there. She didn’t say a single word. No “hello”, didn’t reply to my questions. All I heard come out of her mouth was my total. It is a shame to have employees such as her that can truly affect someone’s business. For food Ollio earns 5 stars. For customer service 0 stars.

This place has the most delicious croissants I've ever tasted! Everything I've ever had from Ollio has been incredible, from cookies to macarons to danishes. Last year, we gave out the macaron Christmas Tree Tower as holiday gifts and everyone raved about them. I cannot recommend them enough.

Best macarons we have ever had and kindest customer service! I didn't get the gentleman's name who helped us but he was one of the sweetest and kindness people we have met. Definitely our new spot for macarons!!

Very good macarons. Technically as well as in taste. Chocolate is very good. Please open a location closer to Flomo ;)

These pastries were so good! Got the croissant with strawberry filling and it was delicious! If you are visiting this bakery make sure to grab a macaron they are the best!

Loved this bakery! I've been wanting to go for a couple weeks but location , hours & my schedule finally allowed me to stop this am. Not disappointing at all. We bought the ham & cheese croissants & 4 butter, one chocolate, one almond pastry & a pecan roll! I tried as many as Possible! And shared at work. Everyone was happy I will return. I love that the owner is a Veteran! Small businesses are wonderful ~ support them!

Every pastry I’ve tried here has been fantastic, from both the store front and their booth at the farmers market. They make a great croissant , which for me is a big deal. Be able to make a good croissant at a patisserie is as important as being able to make a glazed donut at a donut shop. They can and do make a great croissant.I originally found Ollio because I was looking for fresh macarons in the area. Ollio makes best macarons across the Frisco, Colony, Little Elm area. I highly recommend ordering some of the seasonal macarons when they feature them, you won’t be disappointed.Everyone I’ve interacted with at the shop has also been very kind and helpful. The also offer black coffee, milk, and a few other beverages. I usually get a coffee somewhere else or make it home though. If you’re looking for sweet and savory pastries (from croissants to danishes) and macarons, you need to come here.

Wonderful small gem off Main Street right up the street from me. Absolutely beautiful selection of hand crafted pastries and macarons that can stand up there with any big name pastry chef! The supreme croissants are work making the pilgrimage to on the weekends. I hope they expand the flavor's because this could be the start of my new addiction. We will be back!

We decided to pop into Ollio Patisserie after driving past it with intrigue on several occasions. We were greeted with the smell of warm pastries and sounds of French music as soon as we walked in. The cute Parisian cafe vibes were thick. I'm happy to report that the delectables were on par with the ambiance! We got the almond croissant, chocolate croissant, and cinnamon cheese danish. All three were fresh and delicious! We were in a bit of a rush, so we didn't try what I believe is their main attraction: Macarons. Historically, we haven't been huge fans of Macarons, but we will make it a priority to get them on our next visit. In our experience, this area is devoid of quality food options, so we're thankful to have Ollio Patisserie here, and we hope that they expand their offerings to include some cafe fare in the future.

The business was friendly and well stocked even close to closing time on a Saturday. I thought it was so interesting that they own the building and the rest is office space they lease out. Really got me thinking about my office and how we don't have this great bakery downstairs. We opted for the savory outings as those are hard to find at most places. The croissants were quality but the dough didn't taste like it was real butter. Same with the savory Danish. The filling was great, though and they didn't skimp on toppings. Looks like they mostly specialize in macarons, but since we were on a savory kick, those had to wait till next time.

Absolutely will be returning to this cute little patisserie!!! We had almost every croissant, a weekend special creme brûlée, and a 6 pack of macarons. The croissants were amazing. And we are picky!!!!! Creme brûlée blew us away as well. Our visit was so nice - the service was exceptional.
