P.F. Chang's

The restaurant is decorated well and has a very nice appearance and very clean. We were seated immediately as we had a reservation. The service was excellent. The food was good, but not great. Some of our dishes could've used more sauce and a little more flavor. It wasn't real crowded so the noise level was very low, which was great for us to catch up with our friends that we hadn't seen in a long time.

Our server Sofia was excellent and made my birthday experience truly enjoyable. Upon our arrival we were promptly seated after acknowledging our reservation through Open Table. Sofia guided us through the menu, brought water and our drink order. We had Kung Pao Shrimp and Firecracker Shrimp, both delicious. Overall, a great 72nd birthday celebration.

The service was great and it helped make for a great birthday. There were 2 infants as well and they were taken care of. Very thankful for the overall experience!

Mario is very knowledge about the food. He helped me pick the perfect disk for me.
The food was wonderful. My wife & I will be back.

Made a reservation but when I arrived I had to wait 1.5 hours to be seated. A 7 pm reservation turned into being seated at 8:30. That was the sitatuation for everyone who was there. I am not sure if their reservation system took too many reservations or if the hostesses didn't know how to manage the guests, but it was frustrating for everyone there that night because we all had extremely long waits to be seated. It was New Year's Eve but you would think making a reservation that day might require a little extra wait but not 1.5 hours. I am not sure if the hostesses just didn't have the depth of experience to know how to manage an evening like New Year's Eve but it definitely took away from the overall experience. Once we were seated the service was quick and the food was really good (partially because of how hungry we were).
