P.F. Chang's

I love pf changed, i usually order the same set of dishes. But it felt more expensive than usual.

Host did not sit us for a long time after our reservation time even though the first guest checked in right before the reservation asking for the table. Environment did not feel clean, sticky tables and menus. Entire service was very slow and it didn't feel like we received the value for what we paid.

I had not been to PF Chang's in years so when it popped up on OpenTable, I thought, why not? In the end, I would have rather gone to Pei Wei. Service was incredibly slow, and I do completely understand that it is always ridiculous on Christmas Eve. My husband and I both come from a service industry background and totally get that. Plus, our table was nowhere near the rest of his section. Why he had us is still a mystery. However, what was the most disheartening was to see the two managers who were walking around staring at their iPads and doing absolutely nothing to help their staff. The servers who were clearly in the weeds were struggling and these two guys did zero to help them. That's exceptionally poor management. 

The service was terrible. It seemed that the lady server didn’t want to be there. Her entire demeanor was depressing . She forgot our order and didn’t even apologize. Half of the things we ordered weren’t available. The food was subpar. I had ordered the chicken lo mein and the onions were not even cooked ! The Singapore noodles had a burnt flavor and somehow the spices were still not cooked enough.
Will not come here again.

I was completely surprised by this PF Chang location.
The lady server was pathetic. Ordered couple of dishes. She forget what we ordered. Another order was not available. Ordered a Japanese Wishkey. Apparently that was not available too.
Coming to food quality. I was shocked.
The Singapore noodles was burnt and looks like they tried to make adjustments which made it worst.
The Low mein was missing flavor.
Will not come here again

We ordered two entrees, and one was completely wrong. The wrong rice was brought twice, we asked for soy sauce three times and the waitress finally brought sauce at the end of our meal and brought a random sauce we didn’t ask for. We told the waitress that the entree was wrong and she said sorry and walked off. When she came back we asked if they could correct the entree. She finally brought the correct entree (crispy honey chicken) when the rest of the table had finished eating and the chicken was dry with no sauce on it. We even asked for a to-go box and never received one. I have been going to PF Changs for years and this was by far the worst experience. Horrible service and food. Oh, and the carbonation was out so no sodas either. I will not be returning to this location ever again. Worst $85 I’ve ever spent.

I wish I could give this place 0. Terrible service terrible food. Entree was wrong, had to ask 3 times for sauce and never got it. The. the waitress avoided us the rest of the night. 0/10 doctors recommend.

Eva was such a wonderful server that made sure our evening was wonderful. The food was lovely and she made sure that we had everything we needed at all times we were there. We will be back. This was such a lovely night out thank you.

Vegetarian options: The Maba tofu was exemplary. We also had the chicken, the chicken, lettuce wraps, as well as the vegetable lettuce wraps that were equally amazing.
