We had a most lovely night out at PF Changs Grandscape. Ian was our server... can't say enough about how amazing his service was! Our food (lettuce wraps/s&s chicken/great wall of chocolate) was excellent... Ian's service was even better! We'll be back!

Our experience was great! For it being a Saturday we were sat very quickly . Our server was Tee and she was as phenomenal, very attentive and even though she had a big party she was still able to take care of any request we had quickly and kept our drinks full! Will definitely be returning.
Mr. Ian……was an absolute amazing waiter!!! He made my BIRTHDAY!!! I wasn’t sure what I wanted to try but with Ian’s ability to describe in detail what each appetizer, entree and dessert would look, smell and taste like it was a sure positive experience for me. Ian you are beyond a 5-star!!! If I could give you more …. Guess what you would get it!!! I promise …The food was delicious.The placement of the food was outstanding.The smell was amazing.Mr. Ian….. YOU ROCK!!! Keep doing whatcha doing because you do it well!!!Thank you….

Ian was my server this evening and he was on point.I ordered the fried rice with chicken and beef. Delicious!He refilled my glass without my request. Brought exta napkins. Made excellent suggestions for dessert and of course my favorite... the alcoholic beverages for the night ??. Today was a good day. Ian was an excellent server delivering excellent food.Overall I enjoyed ? my experience. Ask for Ian. That's a good dude working at a good place.

Visiting the Dallas metro from OKC and came here for a late lunch before going to NFM and picking up our order, we have heard a lot of great things about PF Changs so my wife and I said what the heck and we expected it to be pricey and was surprised that it is reasonable instead.Peyton did a tremendous job as our waiter and was very patient with us and answered all of our questions and we greatly appreciated it.BUTWhen I get Chinese I want it more than luke warm at best, I liked how it tasted and it was really quite good and worth every dime we paid for, but it was once again luke warm at best and that was a huge turn off but I’m willing to give it another shot.(FYI if you’re the manager no I’m not about posting to get a free meal, I only post the truth about my experiences)
