Visit this location quite often since I live close. 9 times out of 10 something is missing from order. So frustrating

This is without a doubt the worst location in all of the Dallas/Fort-Worth metroplex. I work very close to this location and have visited there many times. Almost every single time I am disappointed. They serve Inch-and-a-Half long chicken tenders if you order through the drive-thru and consider that a sufficient $12 meal. Its an absolute joke.

Do not give this location your business, the GM / Managers are doing a terrible job at providing a consistent and quality product.

More than once I have ordered the box that should come with coleslaw and instead I am given 2 pieces of Texas Toast???? Like they don't have the coleslaw made so they do this as a substitute without saying anything to the customer?

But without a doubt, after eating here 10+ times, the largest disappointment is how often they serve undersized, TINY, chicken tenders through the drive-thru. I know Raising Cane's is supposed to have high quality standards, I know that for a fact. And this location is intentionally ignoring those.
