Chicken is always hot but they are starting to be smaller in size. And I think they should invest in like a desert. Cookies or ice cream machine. Something.

Took my son to the bathroom with food and belongings at the table and came back to find our table cleared. They returned my Stanley cup after pulling it out of the trash can.
I wasn’t upset, bc it happens. They replaced our food, but they seemed indifferent about the time and experience loss which was disappointing.

It’s good food what can I say but for 17 dollars they have the worst service. They are kinda rude and I understand it’s a long shift, I really do, but you don’t have to throw the food at me and slam the window and look like I’m inconveniencing you by ordering food that you sell. I’m there to buy food you SELL so cut the attitude. You’re not giving me food for free. So how about some respect? 🙏
If we’re paying premium prices for some chicken strips, we deserve good service. If you aren’t happy enough with this job to provide the most *minimal* amount of decency please kindly consider changing careers.

First time trying Cane's, nothing to write home about. Sure you get more crispy surface area but you also get less meat, and because everything is drenched in sauce, it isn't that crispy anyway. For the same price you could get a much better sandwich across the street at in n out. The fries were also bland and soggy. Nothing to complain about service wise
