Ok, so I used to be a frequent patron here or any other Canes for that matter but since my last visit and I do mean my last, I've realized I pay so much for canes sauce. Without the canes sauce their chicken doesn't hold up in it's own and being this is practically their whole menu it's just no practical anymore. I tried to eat their chicken without the sauce and it's the most bland chicken EVER! Why did i not come to this conclusion prior to this, perhaps...

I'm not sure if it's just this new generation, but as I was waiting on a cashier to come to the front, the young lady eventually came and just stood there. No, hello, or I'm ready or anything. I had to ask if she was ready, and then I proceeded to place my order. Is this the new standard for customer service? I'm not sure but I don't like it.

Came on national chicken finger day. Food was fast and fresh. Jada checked on us while she was cleaning up the eating area and went above and beyond and offered us a sub for the coleslaw that she saw we weren’t eating.
