Silver thai used to be very good but it’s not good anymore.
The pad kee maw tasted bad & the red curry wasn’t good either

BEST THAI FOOD I'VE EVER HAD!!!

Out of all the local thai restaurants, Silver Thai is our favorite. Excellent food, great ambience and incredibly kind staff. They perfectly cook the food according to your spice levels. We've been to the restaurant multiple times and the food has been consistently great!

I highly recommend the Everyday Fried Rice, Pad Kee Mow, and Chicken Satay (the best).

Delicious! Husband and I had an amazing dinner at a delicious little gem! We had little bits of heaven when we sank our teeth into the bags of gold, think fried puffs of potatoes, carrots and chicken, yummmmmm…..I had the Panang chicken and hubby had the spicy fried grapow with chicken both level 5 (1 to 7). Honestly some of the best Thai food we have found to date!!! The waiter was super attentive and the bartender made the BEST slightly sweet cosmo I have ever had! Only downfall is it is a little dark when looking from outside but they are OPEN! The lighted bar and hip wave tiles are super cool and would be a great place for a happy hour. I will be back!

My wife and I went to celebrate her birthday here🎉 At first the place was kinda empty for a Saturday night! After that a few more people joined.
This place is underrated for the quality of the food they provide! We got the Chicken Pad Thai and Minced Chicken and Shrimp basil 🍤! Very good 👍 We even had left overs for next day !
Highly recommend this place! It’s a MUST try place!

Silver Thai is by FAR the BEST Thai restaurant throughout the entire Metroplex area! Not only are the dishes cooked to perfection in woks, but their Thai jerky and bags-o’-gold are the tastiest appetizers around! Every dish is packed full of flavor, and we’ve yet to try a dish we did not enjoy! The ambience is perfect with private-like booths, and the TVs above the bar are the perfect touch for those who love their Thai food with a side of some local sports games!

The Basil Talapia is to die for. Serving portions are so generous, making Silver Thai’s menu a great value. The Cosmopolitans are the best I’ve ever had. The staff is always polite and friendly. Highly recommend the Colony location.

Food is descent quality, some dishes are bit more spicy even if you order medium spice. The drinks menu was not provided and the charges are very high, never seen such high prices for drinks, may be worth checking on price for drinks before ordering. It was Sunday night and restaurant was empty.

This place is excellent and certainly the best Thai in this area. We usually drive 20 minutes for good Thai in Dallas but we are definitely coming back here. Everything was piping hot, generous portions of meat and veggies, had a number of dishes we don’t see at typical suburban Thai restaurants, and they offer spice levels up to 7. Loved everything we had!

The Worst experience we could have in any restaurant. The server was so arrogant he was not interested to help us in choosing the curry options. We had to leave the place without dining he even added we can leave the place .

We have tried many, many Thai places in The Colony, but Silver Thai is the one that keeps us coming back. Generous portions, amazing menu, great taste. The spice levels are 1-7 so there's good granularity.Great atmosphere inside and prompt service!

Beautiful restaurant. I ordered take out. Packaged fine. Flavors are okay. I ordered Red Curry vegetables/tofu hot spicy but it was so mild to me. The vegetables were cut super big so it felt like a lot of work cutting the giant pieces of vegetables. The curry tasted good but it felt very thick & creamy (which may not be a bad thing). The steamed rice was made perfect. The crab rolls were really weird. It tasted like crab rangoon but way too much cream cheese. Crab rangoons are better than these rolls. And the sauce given with it is a kind of mayo & Sriracha mixed together but not mixed together well (picture included).The fried rice is good (overall kinda pricey tho).
