Flavorless, overpriced, super thin milkshakes. The building has a strong odor and the sink in the middle to wash your jar has a cleaning brush that is gross and slick. Won't be coming back.

Disappointed! As soon as you walk in you get a funky whiff of something-rotting garbage, spoiled milk, I don’t know but it is off putting. The place (including restroom) looks like it hasn’t had a good cleaning in a very long time. This makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. The sink in the dining area for you to rinse your hands is filthy and disgusting with food in the drain (maybe that is what the smell is). The floors have food, crumbs, sticky material on them and it’s apparent no one moves the tables when they do actually attempt to clean.
I’ve cream was good but totally overpriced!! They used cheap Hershey’s syrup! For a $15 sundae, I expected better.

It's just bluebell ice cream but worse. This place (all locations) are not worth a stop. I learned this during my first experience and tried them again recently after years to see it's the same over priced thing. **The texture of the ice cream is gross - it's iciclely and lumpy. She served my 1 scoop in a sticky cup with other ice cream drippings on the plate after 20 minutes waiting.

Delicious ice cream. They have so many flavors.

First time here, this place was fantastic!! The cereal killer is the best!

Pretty standard milk shake quality but definitely overpriced at 15$

Ordered a Layered Sundae and a cookie dough item on a stick. First thing, for a place called The Yard Milkshake Bar, I was expecting more milkshake options. Anyway seeing all the reviews, decided to give it a try.

The item called POP, looked like a chocolate bar on a stick, but actually it was just cookie dough dipped in flavored ganache. Very small in size and nothing great, didn’t feel like having a second bite.

Coming to the Layered Sundae, , I ordered a praline and Dreams , it comes in a one pint mason jar. It was mostly plain vanilla ice cream with some caramel drizzle and hardly any pecans. More than half of the jar was filled with hard cookie dough. Taste wise it was very underwhelming, no real flavor, just too much sweetness. It felt like a sugar bomb. I couldn’t enjoy it as an ice cream and definitely not as a milkshake.

After trying it, all those 5-star reviews felt a little hard to believe.

Overpriced. Milkshakes are watered down. The sink wash area is filthy and probably a health hazard. Braums has better milk shakes.

No dairy free and customer service was terrible.

We came in with a gift card, but they said they were under new management, so they wouldn't accept it.

So we just ordered regular single scoops of ice cream, I don’t know if this location switched to a cheap water‑based ice cream or if they usually get away with it by piling on tons of toppings, syrups, and candy. It took them about 20 minutes to serve us 5 single scoops We realized that they might be cheapening out.

Very disappointed. I ordered the Milk and Cookies. I assumed that the cookie sandwich was going to be ice cream between soft baked chocolate chip cookies. Instead, it was commercial quality gingerbread house like frosting between what looked like two hard Chips Ahoy cookies. It also didn’t come with the cookie crisps. Expected more for $20.

Visited this spot over the weekend, and it’s already my second time here! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, even letting me sample a couple of flavors before deciding. I ultimately ordered the Brownie Milkshake, and it did not disappoint. The taste, quality, and overall quantity were absolutely awesome.

While it would be great if the prices were just a little lower, the premium quality makes it worth it—especially since they use authentic Blue Bell ice cream. This place is truly a hidden gem for dessert lovers in the DFW area. If you are looking for the perfect milkshake, this is a must-visit store!

We should have read the reviews. It was like talking to a wall. The service was not good.

It was a cute little place and the creations are very adorable. They come in their own mason jar that you can keep. That being said be prepared to
spend over $20 per ice cream and also if you’re a person who does not like to be rushed while you’re ordering that might not be the store for you to go to.

Best shop in town! I had not stopped by in about a year, but being in the area reminded me just how great this place is. The service was excellent, and the shakes tasted just as good as I remembered. I also want to apologize for the very late review. I had promised during my last visit that I would leave one because of the great service my family and I received. Whenever I get the chance, I’ll gladly stop by again for a late night dessert.
