April was amazing and spot on the entire time we were here! We had an issue with the waitress before we got our bay and the manager was so understanding and apologetic. April made our experience amazing.
Security there covers up for thieves. Security camera is so grainy that you can’t make out anything other than thieves walking around with a flashlight and the security guard just sitting there.
Cops don’t understand why the security guard didn’t approach the thieves.
NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR ANYONE. 3 different cars were broken into last night.
The service is bad and if you ever encounter a problem, forget about talking to Corporate or anyone for that matter. No-one responds. It is too expensive for the bad service. PERIOD.
