crummy service. wilted lettuce, dry chicken. Artichoke dip came out cold, cold bread, cheese hard not melted. we sat and waited for food awhile, wauted for a ticket. We have been many times before and find was absolutely delicious. Super sad this place changed.

Our server Mason was unattentive and overall, a lackluster waiter and made our experience there horrible. I never usually provide negative feedback as I believe that the service industry is incredibly hard and I would never want to make a servers' job harder than necessary but tonight was genuinely a horrible experience. It was my group's first time at Twigs for a friend's birthday. Mason did not inform one of the members of my party that there was pork in her dish which she is unable to eat due to dietary health restrictions that will legitimately force a physical reaction from her. He was apathetic to the situation, did not offer to help, and only offered a simple "oh i'm sorry" and walked off. He had to be called back for my friend to ask if it was possible to get that taken off of her bill because it seemed unfair that the dish made her sick from the dish but was never told in any form that there was pork in it. not even on the menu. Thankfully, the assistant manager was wonderful and helpful when told of the situation and took it off our friend's bill. She explained to us that it is the servers' job to inform the table if an item includes pork that is not listed, which Mason did not do and only told us when asked and prompted. But throughout the entire time at Twigs, Mason was attentive to the other tables around us while never coming to our table to help us. We waited 20-30 minutes between times he'd come to our table which wouldn't be an issue, if we did not need something or if he did not forget something. We had to ask for silverware and napkins, we were never given ice for our cups, when asking for a to-go box at the end of our visit, he never returned with one, having us wait for 5 minutes as he ran back and forth to his other tables. The assistant manager once again was the one who helped us and brought the box to us herself. Overall, the only redeeming quality that Twigs showed to us is that their assistant manager was wonderful but it is not enough to have us return due to the poor treatment from our server and having him risk our friend's health.

It was a terrible experience. Just my son and I. Waited a long time to sit on patio. The young ladies in front were nice. What got me was the waiter went out twice to the other table and did not a acknowledge us, he walked past us. And we were by the door. We may have just sat, about 10 mins but nothing. I'm sorry to have gone. I just wanted to treat my son & I.

Waited 40 minutes to be seated due to understaffing. Fine I accept that and understand. But to have a kids pizza come out burnt when your as slow as you are is unacceptable. Took 15 minutes to get another one by that time we were done with our food and my daughter didn't wanna wait anymore. My Twiggs burger was mediocre at best for 16$. Water was refilled with room temp water and no ice. The servers even with it being slow showed no sense of urgency in taking care of the patrons. For where this restaurant is could be so much better and possibly lower prices to match the food. Drove 45 minutes to eat here now that I have I'm pretty disappointed. I probably won't be back as there are better options. From a really disappointed customer!

Really nice place. Great menu variety. What ever you do, save room for dessert and get the donuts.

Disappointing. Great location and atmosphere but that's about it. Made a reservation but had to wait quite awhile to be seated. Our waitress wasn't around very much, we had to go to the bar to order drinks. And the food was about as good as Chili's. Paid $12 for nachos that I could have made in the microwave. So my advice would be, save your money and go to Chili's and probably get better service.

Gosh, where do I begin? Zack and his entire staff at Twigs made my husbands graduation celebratory dinner so magical. From the moment I inquired until the last minute of the dinner, things ran so smooth. They provided the moon, stars and even my own personal galaxy. THANK YOU to our waitress and the entire staff at TAK. The kitchen staff managed to save my cake and even provided additional services. Awesome job!!

Personable young lady was the hostess, waitress and the bartender all wrapped into one as the restaurant was horribly understaffed. Understandable given the current employment climate but what is not excusable is the far below average food. Not a place where we'll ever be going back.

We had a great time at Twigs. I loved sitting by the fire with my wife white eating lunch.

?️ New restaurant review:My daughter and I had dinner at Twigs American Kitchen this evening and overall it was a good experience. We got to the Grandscape area around 5:30 on a Saturday night, took a few circles to find a parking spot. The area was very busy, lots going on. We were quoted a 30-minute wait and decided to walk to Scheels while we waited. The way it ended up being closer to 45 minutes. The decor of the restaurant is very pleasant. I liked the tree decorative screens going on, the bar was colorful and energetic. The outdoor patio was really lovely, I certainly would have preferred to sit out there but we were pretty hungry so it took what we could get and sat inside. Our server was very friendly but it took a while to get a kids menu and then to order our food. I ordered the roasted pepper soup and asked it to be brought out first and it was brought out with my meal and without a spoon, which took quite a while to get that, too. I didn't really like the soup at all, taste of it was a bit off. I ordered the truffle penne with chicken and my daughter ordered chicken tenders. We both enjoyed our meal, but I did feel that the pasta was overpriced for what you received. The server had the soup removed from the bill which I appreciated. The Grandscape area is a lot of fun, we went to Electric Gamebox afterwards and played an interactive game, I highly recommend checking that out, it was surprisingly really fun.⭐⭐⭐⭐

Twigs has a great arrangement, decor, bar and patio in a hot spot, but it doesn’t appear to be successful. The operation of this establishment needs lots of work if it wants to survive. The restaurant was almost empty and we still waited 20 minutes for a 4 top at 3:00 pm. Must have too little staff. The hostess never looked up from her iPad when we checked in or while she put us on the list, so she needs more people training. Server was friendly and tried to be helpful. She told us half of the items on the appetizer menu were not available. The food looked good, but lacked flavor. Upon asking for our check, she asked how we were paying and then used a mobile checkout device, handing it over for us to first add a tip before we knew the total, while she stood over us. Then she cleared the table, telling us to leave the device in the table when we were done. While I appreciate the efficiency of technology, Twigs needs some training on how to use it effectively and to personalize their service so they’ll have return customers. I was disappointed overall.

Walked in without reservation on 11/28/2021 @ 2:30 p.m., and saw an almost empty restaurant. Was put on a waitlist for 2 adults & 1 child for 20 minutes. 30 minutes pass, we see on OpenTable and we see we’re only 5th in line. Hostess refused to stay at her post and saw more than 3-4 couples walk-in then leave the establishment without being asked if they had reservation or wanted to be put on the waitlist, because the hostess never came back to the post. First impression was horrible and definitely do not plan on trying to come back at all.

We loved where we were seated. It was nice outside with the fire going.

Had been wanting to try it out so we did…and won’t go back. Went on a Saturday around 12:30 for lunch. There were very few people there. Our server honestly acted like he could care less. They were out of an appetizer we wanted. I ordered a Caesar salad. I was so disappointed that the $11 salad consisted of mostly brown lettuce and old Parmesan shavings. Disappointing.
