I usually am a bit hesitant of restaurant food especially because I am a picky eater, but luckily I had a great dining experience due to our server Mads, who was incredibly attentive. If I ever want to dine out again, I would want a similar experience!

My server Alex was Awesome and provided great customer service . He was very helpful .This was my first time eating here . Morris and Regenae also provided great customer service .The staff was also very nice and welcoming

We had a server named Mads. Brought my kiddos and she was very attentive to them along with us. Will definitely be back to sit with her!

Had such a great experience. Sierra was an amazing server. She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Jordan, our server assistant, was just as awesome. He was always checking on us, keeping drinks full, and his personality, along with Sierra's, really made our night. Pat, the manager, also stopped by to check on our family and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell this team really cares about their guests. We'll definitely be back.

Don't understand how this place can have 5 stars... No problems with the service but the food was mediocre at best. Everything seemed to have been made in advance then just stuck on the plate. Got the trio appetizer. The bruschetta was soggy and the tomatoes seemed old, calamari was overcooked. I got the classic trio. The fettuccine Alfredo was not fresh, it was all stuck together and to the dish as if it had been portioned out then refrigerated some time last week and then reheated and placed on my dish. The chicken parmesan had the same vibe... the lasagna was the only redeeming part and the only thing I finished. My husband got the chicken parm and paid the extra 3.50 for the side of fettuccine Alfredo. His was a repeat of mine. Oops, passed over the ceaser salad. That too came accross as having had been pre-plated and sat in the refrigerator until someone ordered it. For $30 pasta dishes I expect better than leftovers. Should have gone to Lubies.

Our server Alex truly made the experience worthwhile. It’s hard to find quality customer service anymore but we found it tonight. The food was amazing as well. Next time we are in the area we will be stopping by! 5 stars!!

Overpriced for what it is. It seemed all the vegetables were an up charge.

In town from California and mom brought me to which she says the best Italian restaurant in town ,and let’s say she was not wrong! The fettuccine carrabbas was cooked to perfection. Alana took care of us and made my dinning experience superb. I will be coming back every time i visit. Thanks Alana.

Me & my husband visit here 1 a week & request Alex everytime. We come to see Alex 1st he is like family to us. Food is 2nd Tonight me & my son came in requested Alex. The host got our drinks and bread order. We told her we would wait for him to serve us. Things seemed to be going good as usual. Alex took our order was pleasant as always. As he walked away all everyone heard in the restaurant was the lady MG telling Alex to go home very rudely. We told the host we would wait for him & were forced to have another servers take care of me and my son. We have been coming to Carrabbas for ever. An Alex is a major reason we return. Tonight was a definite let down. MG dropped the ball some where.

The service wasn't too great. Waitress wasn't attentive and food made me and my friend literally sick. Something had to do with the beef steak.
