Freebirds World Burrito

I was visiting the woodlands today with a friend. We stopped in for lunch. I informed the young man serving us today that I have celiac disease. Without a beat, he took his gloves off, went over and washed his hands, and put fresh gloves on and proceeded to serve me all the way down the line so that no one else touched my food. He also made sure to look over the list to make sure that I didn’t get any food that contained gluten. This young man needs a raise!

This is our go-to burrito spot in the Woodlands. The staff is always friendly and the food is always tasty! We ordered a small catering order and the GM, Jared, went above and beyond to make sure everything was fresh and perfect. I highly recommend for a fresh, casual, Mexican fix!

The photos don’t match reality. It’s mostly rice with barely any protein. Not terrible, but nowhere near good. For a $15 ‘monster’ rice burrito, I’ll pass next time. Sorry, superfans.

beyond being pricey: THE HOSPITALITY HERE IS BEYOND IMMACULATE. Kaden, thank you SO MUCH for your friendliness and how genuine you were to me brother. I didn’t know what I was doing ordering and you helped me without being judgmental one bit. I instantly felt welcomed by both you and Cadence. Whoever is over y’all should give you more than a raise. Food: beyond fresh. That steak was steaming and fresh unlike other burrito shops. What a lunch. 10/10

While most quick service restaurants are going down hill in customer service- the staff here is absolutely amazing! We showed up about an hour before closing and they greeted us kindly and had great attitudes. Food was delicious, portion was generous (got the nachos) - this location will definitely be on the frequents list. Thank you guys for making the customer feel welcomed - this is so important to many of us ❤️

Recently, I doordashed from here and was very dissatisfied.

The prices are through the roof, and the monster burrito is half the size it was a few years ago.

I got a monster burrito and chicken quesodilla for my wife. They had completely forgot to add anything other than the chicken and minimal amount of cheese for the quesodilla.

Paying upwards of $60 for the portion sizes and quality food we received feels criminal.

I used to love Freebirds years ago. Stinks to see them cheaping out.

Should’ve went to chipotle 😭service great, food subpar.

When I eat here. I feel like a bird that is free.

The service I received here was outstanding. I have never felt more welcomed in another establishment before!!
Thomas and Chris were super helpful and knowledgeable about every item on the menu and the customer service was phenomenal. I will definitely be returning here. Thank you so much guys.

I have been eating here for 17 years and cleaned their windows (Fish Window Cleaning) then the just stopped paying us. Bad business people. Left a bad tasted in my mouth

Horrible gnats at the drink station, one of which ended up in my childs drink that we didn't notice until leaving.

Came in tonight (Christmas) just before a movie. I have never eaten Freebirds before, but it was Christmas and they were open. They walked me through it all and made recommendations. I took their advice about everything and WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!! My son and I appreciate it all. We will definitely be back, especially this location.
