♿♿♿♿♿♿♿♿♿♿♿♿♿♿ Food, price, and service were great. Good handicap parking. The bathroom door was pretty heavy and there's a lip on the floor that makes it hard to get your wheelchair in and out of the bathroom. Also the bathroom wasn't very clean.

I’m not sure what went wrong here. The only person who enjoyed this experience was my six year old godson who only got noodles and teriyaki. Everything else was the pits. They didn’t have sausage or some other key items for the build your own bowl. My husband asked if they were going to replenish items and they just shook their heads no. I’m surprised because my sister raved about this place.. maybe it was an off day, it just wasn’t our day.

I've been to Genghis Grill at other locations. The location in the Woodland is by far had the worst service. It's absolutely horrible. The supervisor/manager was more concerned with hiding in a corner eating than making sure our food was served when it came off the grill. It just sat there until my wife had to keep getting up, requesting service. The food was actually good. Service is less than satisfactory. I'd go back, but I'd have to mentally be prepared...
