“Hello! My name is Rachel, and I had a brilliant experience at this Taco Bell! Although I got laughed at by staff! Today I went in and the young boy across the counter taking my order laughed. When asked, he said nothing and he wasn’t laughing at me which I highly doubted. I heard him talk to a co worker and say I have a “lesbian mom haircut”. I am part of the community and have children, but I was not pleased with the trash talking and believe it was very homophobic! I will not be coming back because of the mean words and food. I was up all night pooping and sharted my pants on the way home twice. Nice menu though. Have a blessed day! 🫃🏼🧔🏻♀️🧑🏽🎤👰🏼♂️“
“This location has large self-ordering touchscreens. The employees keep an eye out for anyone having trouble using them and are quick to jump in and assist. I am not really a fan. I see how it frees up the staff to do other things but it just feels weird. There is very little sitting area so standing around is the only option. Perhaps a sort of bar configuration to rest a minute would be pleasant.“

He was the one in the drive thru and he made our visit so so memorable and enjoyable! He chatted with us while we waited and was just so pleasant.
