“Hello! My name is Rachel, and I had a brilliant experience at this Taco Bell! Although I got laughed at by staff! Today I went in and the young boy across the counter taking my order laughed. When asked, he said nothing and he wasn’t laughing at me which I highly doubted. I heard him talk to a co worker and say I have a “lesbian mom haircut”. I am part of the community and have children, but I was not pleased with the trash talking and believe it was very homophobic! I will not be coming back because of the mean words and food. I was up all night pooping and sharted my pants on the way home twice. Nice menu though. Have a blessed day! 🫃🏼🧔🏻♀️🧑🏽🎤👰🏼♂️“
“Last Monday, I was at the end of a LONG, LONG day. I was starving and all I could dream of was the delight only a tasty nacho bell grande can bring. Coming up to the drive through at 930 PM plus on a Monday I was not too hopeful, but driven by desperation. Much to my shock and surprise the person at the coms was peppy, polite, and had it together. THANK YOU. Food right, no missing items (always check like what are people thinking?), and given with a great attitude. If I had his name I would give the shout out personally. A+ Thank you a million.“
