Thank you for making my 11 year old granddaughters Birthday Special!
Online order revived minus one main meal, food cold, no explanation as to why an order was removed.
We ordered additional bread so in cheese cakes factory wisdoms they did not supply the bread which comes with the meal.
Maybe I was expecting too much from a reputable establishment
The plates and utensils were dirty, I got my food that was missing ingredients, my drink tasted expired, the manager was giving me a VERY hard time. The manager, Sam, and waiter were disrespectful. WORSE SERVICE! Felt sick afterwards.
