I originally rated at five Stars however our last experienc a couple months ago was horrible. We placed our order and we waited and waited and waited. There was only one customer other than us in the place. Our order took over an hour to get there. The food was not good. Our last few visits the food was amazing. This time it was not. Then when I was checking out and asked for a bag the cook came from the back talking to the cashier and I got ignored until they finally gave me the bag. Later that night and into the next day all of us ate there was horribly sick. We spent most of the time in the bathroom. Not gonna go back

When I go to thrall country diner I usually get a cheeseburger and teriyaki wings with sweet tea they are all amazing and the service through the drive through is awesome

We had the specials which were wonderful. My husband had the Chicken fried steak and I had chicken and dumplins with a turkey Swiss melt. Everything was delicious!! Plan on coming back.

The chicken fried pork was amazing; it was tender and flavorful. I barely put any gravy on it because it was so good by itself.The ham and cheese sandwich and homemade broccoli and cheese soup combo was delicious.Everything was cooked well and the waitresses were very considerate to us.

Thrall Country Diner is located on left side of Hwy 79 as you enter the farming community of the city of Thrall halfway between Thorndale and historical downtown Taylor!!! The diner is famous for their old fashioned burgers topped with it's half pound meat patty along with its grilled onions topped with tomatoes and lettuce and pickles and cheese layered on a buttered grilled bun!!! Try their appetizers of onion rings or zucchini or squash or fried pickles or their seasoned French fries to go along with your burger!!! The Thrall Diner has the best mouthwatering chicken fried chicken or chicken fried steak enhanced with butter corn and creamy mashed potatoes!!! Some of my other favorites entrees to enjoy are pork loins or steak fingers or chicken tenders!!! The Thrall Diner is famous for its homemade pies and cakes or cheesecakes or banana pudding topped with a scoop of ice cream!!! The diner has an welcoming atmosphere of friendly waiters and waitresses that willing to serve you during your wonderful and relaxing dining experience!!! Jerry Stefek

The diner has a variety of different homemade entrees from tasty grilled steaks and chicken fried steaks to fantastic hamburgers, fries and delicious salads too! We will go by there again soon!

I've ordered carry out a few times. Drive thru is very convenient. Food is fresh, hot and delicious.Will be returning for sure.
