“Luckily, one of the ladies came outside to the long line extended into the parking lot to advise it was the prepaid line. We got in the short walk-ins/reservation line. At first it was 2 cashiers for the prepaid and 2 cashiers for our line. They ran out of ham and told all of us they were preparing more, but actually, they were waiting for another store to bring them more. This was the FM1960West near Veterans Memorial Dr. When more arrived about 10-15 minutes later, they changed it to 3 cashiers for prepaid and only one for walk-ins/reservations line. Absolutely unfair. It should have remained 2 and 2. Prepaid should not have been made more important than the rest of us. It also would have gotten the line down quicker (long line at this point).“
“This store RAKES in the cash time for Kroger to rebuild it it been here since the seventies! FIX THE PARKING LOT SURFACE IS got cracks and holes in it!“

“Was in there today and they have a very clean shop, excellent jerky and great prices. Their system had an issue at the register and they ended up just giving me the meat (a $20 tri-tip) for free for the inconvenience. This was my first visit and with that kind of customer service will definitely not be my last. I highly recommend this shop.“
