Ordered the family meal and the red beans and rice was sour and disgusting, called them and they had the audacity to say no one else complained 🤮 even the chicken has no seasoning. First and last time here .

Man the time it takes to get through this drive through is horrific. We waited for almost 20 mins behind someone else while also waiting to get our small order of food too.

We came in about 4:15pm and the food was undercooked and had been out for hours. Oh and saw 3 or 4 roachs runn across the dinning floor. Will never eat at another Hartz again especially this location

Raw chicken. If you want to get food poisoning come here . The cook takes out the trash with his gloves on and gets mad when you complain about the chicken being raw. Just made a complain with the HCPH. When I asked for their names for a formal complain they said I couldn’t get their names if I wanted a refund. Only refunded me for what they expected to be the raw chicken

The only reason I gave two stars because you guys put pork in your green beans in your cabbage and greens a lot of people don't eat pork and I'm one of them other than that you guys have great food

Ordered 24 chicken livers and a dozen rolls, rolls were fine but the chicken livers I think they counted every piece of breading , barely covered half of the food tray. 14$ for 12 . Never will I go back to this hartzs
