Their new hire, Carlos, is wonderful!! Superior customer service!! Also, the speaker system is being updated, so you have to order at the window. I picked up orders twice today and Carlos is handling the drive thru window orders and online pick ups very well!! He's an excellent addition to the company's staff!!
Michelle filling the orders inside for customers dining in was AWESOME!! She was fast, kind, and it was her first day! I would have never known if the manager didnt tell me. Give her a raise!!
At 2 pm white rice was hard and dry, and super greens looked like they were old before cooking, but orange chicken and mushroom chicken were excellent. Staff seemed much more concentrated on serving drive-through than customers inside; so it took a long time to be served, but they were friendly and efficient once they got to us. About half the tables were cluttered with previous customers' trash. This may sound overly negative, but I'd totally eat there again.
