Every time I order from this Subway location, something seems to go wrong. I typically try to avoid this location altogether, but unfortunately, it is the one closest to my home.
Today, I ordered a single footlong sandwich and asked for salt and pepper to be added with the other ingredients. When I got home and attempted to eat my sandwich, it was so excessively salty that it was completely inedible.

No napkins in the restroom, and I didn't see any in the store either. But, they had my order ready when I got there. Nice and friendly, too.
In the past 5 times I’ve gone, probably more. The soda machine has been out of order. My most recent visit, waited for 10 min while one person worked the front line. I understand is she was by her self, but clearly there was one or two employees in the back. Apparently they had new management but I feel like nothing has changed. I hope they can turn it around. Just needs better management.

The restaurant is clean, new-looking, and the staff always makes the sandwich right, with no skimping on ingredients. Visitors often enjoy a quick lunch here, finding the food fresh and delicious, especially recommending the Italian BMT. The atmosphere is enhanced by good music, creating a welcoming environment. However, there was an incident where no one was at the counter initially, and bugs and roaches were seen crawling inside the case, which was concerning for some customers. Overall, it offers a typical Subway style meal with exceptional hospitality, though cleanliness issues have been noted in some visits.
