Was excited to try Paradigm brewing Company, 6/7/2025, as it's pretty close to being in the backyard. Nice atmosphere and GREAT spot in the country. Paradigm does not accept cash which is absolutely WRONG. I don't believe in debt for dinner. This is America and cash should be accepted everywhere. Sat at the bar, ordered flights and chose a couple of beers. the Belgian Cherry and Mexican Lager are so good/excellent. When it came to the food, forget about it!!
