Why oh why do we continue to visit this location when they consistently forget items on our order! The food is good and do not go but maybe 3-4 times a year but really! This time they forgot the Cole slaw and the ranch dressing. I feel like an idiot checking the contents but that is a must here.
They short me 2 buttermilk biscuits on my order on Saturday. Went back today and they kindly gave it to me. I ordered a 2 piece and a side item to go along with it, however, the chicken wasn’t fresh. I am definitely not going back.
Please do not serve yesterday's chicken to your customers anymore. There is no way that burned up, dried up mess you served me was 3 hours old (27 hours, maybe). I shouldn't have to turn around and drive BACK to the restaurant for a show & tell to get fresh chicken.
Although I'll have an upset stomach the rest of the day, I'm not permanently mad.
