The AI ordering here is ridiculous in the drive thru! Apparently you can ask for a human though. Don't dare say anything wrong to the AI the humans inside get offended. Of course we would never talk to a human that way by any means, but the AI would not give us a chance to talk to get orders etc just kept interrupting. Taco Bell please keep humans
Savannah was incredibly nice, helpful, and prompt! There are some bad reviews for this location but we have had only great experiences! Everything is correct, hot, well made, and the staff is ALWAYS nice. They even get substitutions right!
Giving 5 stars across the board because your employee Savannah deserves all the recognition and more. Due to me being in the service industry I only come here 1am or later- despite being so late, Savannah is always so smiley and polite.
