Ordered on the screen, waited 25 minutes for 5 tacos and a burrito. Went up to the counter and the man walked away after I said excuse me. Incredibly rude. Then had to wait for another man to finally come up only for him to say that they were prioritizing the drive through lane and then started on our order. Horrible service. Unfriendly staff. Criminal wait time.

Ordering from those stupid kiosk is a pain. What happened to good ol customer service!Food was just eatable only. Got half wrong, again! Beverage service and ice machine not all working. Needs work.
The workers cannot count past four, beware you will not receive your full order! Five orders in the last three months have all been wrong, e.g., missing or incorrect items. To fully disclose I previously bought twice a month from Taco bell, a 50% failure rate or COPQ!! They don't check the orders before they hand them to you and if you pick up in person you wait and no one helps you. You can tell the location is understaffed and the owner does not care. I would recommend Taco Bell corporate close this location down as it is hurting the brand and revisit the processes in place. I've stopped buying taco bell because of the poor customer value and service.

I went to this Taco Bell a week ago and their service was not good. I went into the drive-thru and I was missing an item so I went back inside and told them. They gave me the item but when I got home I realized the item that I had missing they didnt even give me that item instead it was something else. This isnt the first time it has happened I and my other family members have had this same experience numerous times. The staff also isnt friendly either they barely communicate anything.

This place was empty at 1:30pm all the tables were dirty trash and food on floor ....and they force you to use kiosk to order food but I got my food

For me, Taco Bell with its drippy, crumbly menu is where I go when I don't want to eat "on the run". My ToGos are for home or, in this case, dine in. The Taco Bell was spacious enough, the staff was courteous (a middle ground I prefer over disdainful and delirious), and above all, the place was clean. A moment of calm before jumping back into the Holiday hurricane.
