went through the drive thru window to order, I asked the Hispanic male if the ladies were back there to say hi to them since I have been a customer for about 10 years, the male employee slammed the window and minutes later the lady came to the window and said hi, after ordering and greeting the lady the male employee yelled are you finished so you can get the he'll out of here. When you wake up and want a Warm Shirley’s donut and you go get some. However you get to the window and tell the worker twice you would like a dozen of WARM donuts and you get home and guess what they are not warm. Dang. Did they not understand the word Warm. Maybe don’t work the window !!!!
