I used to love this location and their donuts. Every day, I would stop by for coffee and donuts. Today, as usual, I went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 donuts and a coffee. However, the lady at the window gave me 5 donuts instead. When I politely told her I had only ordered 3, she was very upset rather than apologizing. She insisted that she had already ordered 5 and handed the box back to me with an attitude. I repeated that I wanted 3, not 5, and then she called someone else to come assist. On top of that, she did not properly close my coffee cup. When I got to work and was about to drink it, the coffee spilled all over my sweater. It was obvious the lid hadn’t been secured correctly. I’ve been a loyal customer because this place is close to my work, but this experience gave me a very good reason not to come back.

This place is extremely underrated its so good i recommend this place specifically for their glazed donuts, their glazed donuts are better than any other ones ive ever tried and ive been a loyal customer to this shipley donuts for over 4 years now. They have been so great and the workers are also nice.

This location, the donuts were fresh. The kolaches were warm and it was very clean inside and outside. I didn’t use the bathrooms, but it was nice that they had public restrooms available and also this location had a few tables and chairs if you wanted to stay in dine.
The staff were friendly and attentive, and it felt like they had enough staff for the needs on a busy Saturday morning
Would recommend this location and if you like cake donuts is a great spot .
