Employees are hard working high school kids, who deserve appreciation for their hard work. They save money for their college and for their pocket money. Show love and compassion instead of being rude to them. I love this location because their smoothies are very delicious. Be patient with them because it’s about quality my friends.

Went through this drive through so to argue with the employee about the coconut bowl. He acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about only because he wanted me to call it a “coco colada”. What difference does it make. Such rude service . I’m sure he spit on my order. Don’t put it on your advertising if you don’t want it called a coconut bowl

The staff working was nice, but the AC inside is not working, it smells like rotten fruits, it's very dirty, and has the vibe of an old tire shop. Seems like management doesn't care at all.

I had to wait 10mins for anyone to even come to the front of the store & they only came out of the back because I shouted. All employees were in the back talking (I could hear them) and to get them to come to the front I had to shout “hello!” twice. This was ridiculous. The excuse they had was “sorry we don’t hear people come in the door”. Then 2 others came out and started to act like they were working. I also overheard them talking over their headsets, one of the male employees said “what did she say to you?” quietly trying not to let me hear them. Do better.

I’ve been coming here for years. Normally I go through the drive through. Today I went inside. The long haired guy behind the counter was not pleasant. I went to use the restroom and the door was locked. i asked if someone was in there or if it was just locked. He said it didn’t work so they just keep it locked. I don’t appreciate being lied too. The smoothies are good but stick with the drive though. They don’t want customers inside. I’ve never experienced this at any of the other locations.

4th vehicle in line, didn't have to wait long at all. Got a 32oz Hulk w/ peanut butter & almonds for my 14 yr old son. He LOVED it. Now he wants one after every morning football practice he has. Price was about $11. Not too bad. Definitely coming back!

Today, before going to the gym, as I always do, I came for my Recovery Strawberry and Blueberry Drink. First, the cashier's attention is an ascorbic acid. She treated me very badly. Second, she doesn't add coconut water to my drink. Third, she They said good morning and didn't answer me, really bad experience and very unpleasant service.

Jasmine B. has a poor attitude! She seemed to be annoyed that she couldn't hear me over there blenders in the drive through. It showed all on her face-Even though I had to repeat my order 3 times. Closed window in my face, while I was saying thank you, after handing me my order. Had to walk in for a receipt. She then tells me, I didn't know you wanted a receipt, "people usually asks for one". Well, if you weren't closing the window on me, I might could've asked. I told her she was being rude and left. Also, I have never had to ask for a receipt at any Smoothie King. As I was walking out, she's smiling like it's so funny. Jasmin doesn't belong in customer service.
