I mean it's Sonic... If you go to Sonic, you obviously want Sonic. but let me tell you low-key. The best sandwich on the menu is the fried steak sandwich. although I have had issues with the tomatoes, so I usually order it without. sonic, please work on your tomatoes. They are always way too soggy, and then when you warm them on the sandwich, it just makes it worse. We need crisp fresh tomatoes.

Employees sitting around on their phones ,and never brought my order out , I never received my order and was still charged, Food is trash , ice creme always melted, or soggy, the workers also have attitudes and take their sweet time ,serving other while forgetting others . If I could rate half a star I would.

I attempted to call and cancel an order that was accidentally placed at this location but the phone number on the app and the one on the internet for this location no longer work. Making a small problem a much bigger issue because their own business phone number is incorrect in every perceivable way.

I ordered the chicken fried steak sandwich asked for a ocean water with a splash of cranberry they put vanilla ice cream...no big deal BUT the last bite to my surprise had a plastic ring that I choked on will not be returning

Service was horrible probably had one person working there he was running around giving everyone their food. Got 2 things in total and it took about 20 minutes even though barely anyone was there. Bathroom literally smells like someoneās mouth after they ate poop. Would not recommend.
I do agree with the reviews; this is the closest Sonic to me, and Iāve had several ongoing issues here. However, because I really do love Sonic and this is the most convenient location, I decided to stop by today for some breakfast burritos. I just want to say thank you to Jarvis! What an awesome guy. He truly made this visit a great experience.

I've been going to this place since 2004. It was outstanding back then! I don't know what happened but over the years that place just got worse and worse every year in recent times. Second to last time I went, I placed an order and sat down at the patio waiting for my order. Two other parties pulled in and placed their orders. The server came out and I thought great here's my order. Nope! She went to one of the cars who placed after me. No big deal, the next one will be mine. Nope! She went to the other car who placed after me. After a while, my order finally arrived. At least she apologized. The last time I ordered was in the drive through. Waited a good 15 minutes for the two cars ahead of me to be served and when it was my turn, some girl with metal piercings all over her face told me that my order was never worked on. She asked if I still wanted my meal. I drove off and went to the Whataburger next door. Sonic, if you REALLY want my business anymore you need to re-examine how you're doing things because getting orders wrong (which also has happened) and making people wait unnecessarily long periods is not the way to do it. I wish they can bring back the previous staff and management. They had their act together.

The worst place tried to charge me for my order twice. The āmanager ā said I didnāt pay for it. My bank statement says I did.SO WATCH FOR THE SCAMS THERE!!!!

Ordered two drinks when they weren't busy and we sat waiting for 20 minutes. Said someone was coming to our car and no one came. This happened last time we came for food and it was busy, was hoping it was a one time thing. The service is ridiculously slow here and not worth waiting for.
