I ordered through the app. I dislike the fact they no longer offer 1/2 price slushies through the app all the time anymore. They need to change that back. This location has taken out the majority of its drive up call boxes so it looks like it's going out of business, being torn down or in a really bad area.

Honestly worst sonic places I’ve been too. I’m usually understanding and have patience but this place took everything out of me. Pressed the button and no one answered for 5 mins. Placed an order online and it took 20 mins to get my food when it said only 5. This place needs better management or good moral since it’s going down hill. I expected my food to be fast since as I parked 3 cars left and I was under the impression, the people are fast but nope, they were tired just waiting and getting ignored.

Placed order at 8:15. At 8:35 they brought us our shakes and they were already melted. Said they would bring us the rest of our order shortly. At 9pm we received the rest of our order.

7/6/2025: I went to Sonic on Sunday with my son to share a childhood memory, but the experience was disappointing. The drive-thru employee was rude and kept making me repeat myself. Another staff member came out to take my order, but I told him I no longer wanted to order. He apologized and explained the person on the speaker had been in a bad mood all day and tends to act like that regularly. I told him I was sorry he had to work with someone like that. Honestly, the drive-thru staff needs to be replaced trust me when I tell you that if there was a zero star option, I would’ve chosen that one

Terrible location. Had a mobile pick up that took me 10 minutes to get to, and then they had me waiting another 10. When asked why the response was that they had a bunch of orders.. There was exactly ONE car in the lot.. The order takes less than 5 minutes to make. I don't know what they are doing in there, but it is not cooking and serving food.

Ridiculous honestly. ordered and waitrd 15 mins, clicked the button to ask how much longer it would take, after 2 minutes of staring at a flashing button, we left, thankfully we hadn't even paid yet but wth. I only asked for a chicken sandwich and mozzarella sticks. I have work at Sonic before and it doesn't take up to 20 minutes to make

The store opens at 9 and I waited until 9:15 at the drive thru speaker and no one answered. If I could give 0 stars I would. It looked like no one was even in the store when I pulled around to the window.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I understand that we ordered online and we ordered 15 minutes ago but honestly why would you make the ice cream and set it to the side. It would make more sense to make it when the person shows up. when we asked for it to be re made since it was very melted. They continued to make a big deal. i dont see what issue was. Im a manager for a whataburger and there is no reason for them to act like that is coming out of their own paycheck. DO BETTER PLEASE!

Don’t go if you have somewhere to be. I waited for at least 5 minutes for someone to take my order or even ask me to wait. There was only one car in front of me at the window and I saw them trying to wave the worker down and ended up knocking on the window to get their attention. I just drove off at that point. Will not be back.
