Pupuseria & Taqueria Los Tamales

The pork tamales were so sad. Full of fat and zero flavor. I’ve gotten tamales from public schools & Kroger that tasted better. The bag it was in was burning hot but the tamales themselves were somehow cold?? Idek how you manage to do that. They barely contained any pork (the picture attached is only dough and you can see the wall of dough where there should’ve been meat). I also bit into a huge chunk of fat which is also in the picture. Overall I don’t recommend the tamales 🤮

Highly recommend the tacos with corn tortillas. The owner told us that they made the corn tortillas at the restaurant. We can taste the corn flavor and texture and it was super yummy. Will come back for more tacos.

I give them 2 stars for being friendly but I paid $3 per barbacoa taco (flour) and the Barbacoa was full of fat chunks (small amount of meat) … the meat tasted ok, nothing out of the ordinary

If they made sure they put lean meat in the tacos then they would sell more tacos…

I was In the counter and no one said hi or will be right with you. I understand we can get busy but for a customer to come in and the workers not even to say hi or will be right with you and passing by right in front of us. That is so rude they need better customer service.

The food was fresh, made to order, the quesabirrias were not to greasy, and crunchy ?, torta de carnitas had plenty of flavor just a little over salted, with fries crunchy and seasoned well, pupusa was great, definitely recommend, a little pricey but worth it

Charming couple who are eager to please after taking over this taqueria two months ago. Their charro beans are divine, and they make their own tortillas! The tacos are delicious and reasonably priced for their size and quality. I want to try their pupusas next time!

The best tamales I've had in all Tomball! I had the opportunity to meet the owner and she is such a sweet person, she was very courteous and attentive with me. I definitely recommend this place! We ordered the pork and chicken tamales, the menudo and pupusas.. super delicious!
