El Paso 198 used to be a Top Tier Whataburger but slowly but surely under Edwardo and their team leader's like Sam, it's become Horrible! The store still has a few good "team members" but even they have told me it has become difficult for them to work there!
Tried them for the first time this week. I’m sorry but I will not be going back. The biscuit was gummy the chicken was just ok and the potato sticks were so hard and crunchy that there was not even any potato left inside of the shell extremely overcooked!  10 out of 10 would NOT recommend!

Ordered through door dash and was missing a kids meal. Door dash said they were told everything was there. Called the store and snarky manager said I’d have to come up there or get a refund from door dash. Hmmm, refund, guess that grandkid can go without food tonight, right?
