Wow — some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had! For under $50 we tried four meats (smoked turkey, jalapeño cheddar sausage, brisket, and pork spare ribs) and three sides (fried okra, mac ’n’ cheese, and coleslaw). Everything was exceptional — the brisket had a beautiful smoke ring and perfectly rendered fat, the turkey fell apart, and the sides were out of this world (arguably the best fried okra I’ve had). Saw the first Sunday open post and thought I'd give it a shot because good BBQ is not easy to get on Sundays. Picked up the Tour of Texas 4 meats 3 sides combo, everything was amazing and liked by all eating it. The brisket was my favorite, flavorful while remaining juicy.
Just tried the sandwich combo & catfish special & it was amazing 🤩 definitely 100/100!! Will be back🙌🏼🍽️

Prissy's Barbecue is a top-notch eatery that serves amazing food with exceptional service. The brisket's bark is fantastic, and the tenderness is unmatched. The jalapeño sausage is a standout, and the 3 meat plate with ribs, brisket, and pulled pork is a great option. This local BBQ spot boasts super fast service, a clean environment, and a kid-friendly atmosphere. The Tour of Texas Plate is a great value, and the loaded baked potato, BBQ street corn, and steak finger are also highly recommended. The BBQ elote is delicious! The brisket flavor was amazing, though it was cut wrong. The rib rub was a little salty but beyond that, the food was flavorful and delicious. Absolutely in LOVE with the catfish baskets. With outstanding food, service, and atmosphere, Prissy's Barbecue is a must-try.
