“Staff are friendly and prompt. The food is consistently good in a clean restaurant setting. Dessert is offered as well as a kid’s menu. My dogs 🐶 love their beef patties which are charbroiled to perfection, healthy for everyone. I like the fries 🍟 and cheeseburger minus the mayo, prefer mustard. Staff are accommodating.“
“Giving this a 5 star review because of the lovely cashier at the drive through. Although she was new, she was extremely friendly and provided great customer service. It was a shame she was rushed to finish talking to us even though no one was behind us. Food was ok but she was awesome“
“It's been a hard week, I had to get a quick bite of lunch and get back to work, so I went to the Burger King on SW Loop 323. I went through drive-through. The minute I got up to the menu I was greeted with a very pleasant voice and attitude. The voice said, "Hello! How can I help make your day awesome?" My heart just melted! Here I am in "go" mode, on a mission, and someone on the other side asks ME how they can help make MY day awesome! What?? You just don't run into those kinds of people very often anymore. I told him, "You just made my day awesome by greeting me that way!" Thank you Michael!!! Thank you for turning my perspective from myself and my problems of the day, into looking at my blessings and helping me to turn my eyes back toward Jesus and ALL that He does for me. You were my angel today bringing me the blessing of JOY and GRATITUDE. I pray blessings upon you, my friend. I hope you get this review and know how very special and valued that you are. I hope to see you again sometime.“
“Outstanding customer service, fresh food, friendly team, and then clean restaurant. These are things that you don’t see and find anymore in the fast food industry but at this Burger King it’s guaranteed. When Miss Cindy says have your way she means it and her team run right behind her back in her up with everything you want to get a good meal and good service in a clean environment. “Hit or miss. Depends on who's working and who's cooking I suppose. Some days it's great and some days it's not so great. There's a nice lady that works the drive thru in the morning usually and she has great customer service.“
