“This burger never disappoints! Food is always fresh and prepared in a timely manner. Staff is always very welcoming and courteous. Area was very clean and well managed. I have a consistent experience with all staff members at all hours of the day.“
“Giving this a 5 star review because of the lovely cashier at the drive through. Although she was new, she was extremely friendly and provided great customer service. It was a shame she was rushed to finish talking to us even though no one was behind us. Food was ok but she was awesome“
“It's been a hard week, I had to get a quick bite of lunch and get back to work, so I went to the Burger King on SW Loop 323. I went through drive-through. The minute I got up to the menu I was greeted with a very pleasant voice and attitude. The voice said, "Hello! How can I help make your day awesome?" My heart just melted! Here I am in "go" mode, on a mission, and someone on the other side asks ME how they can help make MY day awesome! What?? You just don't run into those kinds of people very often anymore. I told him, "You just made my day awesome by greeting me that way!" Thank you Michael!!! Thank you for turning my perspective from myself and my problems of the day, into looking at my blessings and helping me to turn my eyes back toward Jesus and ALL that He does for me. You were my angel today bringing me the blessing of JOY and GRATITUDE. I pray blessings upon you, my friend. I hope you get this review and know how very special and valued that you are. “Had a very good experience here today. The place was clean, the food was great, service was fast, and Cindy that worked there went above and beyond. She suggested I eat a piece of the Hershey's Sundae pie frozen instead of cold and it made a huge difference in taste! It was delicious!“
“Hit or miss. Depends on who's working and who's cooking I suppose. Some days it's great and some days it's not so great. There's a nice lady that works the drive thru in the morning usually and she has great customer service.“
