Chili’s never disappoints. The Tyler location is so much better since it relocated. Kimmi and Hailey are always the best and make sure my friends and I always have a good experience. Chipotle chicken crispers and loaded mashed potatoes are my favorite, as are the Cesar salad and margaritas! ?
We went and had dinner and our waitress Mary was very kind and sweet. The food was great and the drinks were amazing. One of the managers Heather came around to check on us and to make everything was good. Great service and great people.
James was professional and made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. It’s hard to find that anymore anywhere. We love this Chilis for both dine in and take out and appreciate the new location and the service. It’s one of regular stops!
