Hello dear Cotton Patch Cafe Tyler, Texas. Is this a loaded baked potato? Barely cooked and not even sliced open. No toppings at all.

I decided to order the new Ranch Hand smothered cube steak and was truly disappointed! The cube steak was severely undercooked! I only took about three bites before I noticed how pink the meat was. Whoever was responsible for cooking this did not make sure that it was cooked throughly. My food looked like it was just thrown into the container without any evidence of care.
