Texas Music City Grill & Smokehouse Tyler offers great food and service, highlighted by amazing brisket and ribs. The garlic mashed potatoes are spot on, and the staff is fantastic. The restaurant is family-friendly, known for huge portions like the chicken fried chicken. Prices are competitive, and the venue features excellent live music, including performances by Kirt Harper. The Texas Twinkies are a standout dish, combining three simple ingredients into one extraordinary bite, accompanied by a unique Lemon Herb Dipping Sauce that provides a little heat. While the BBQ venison meatloaf was excellent, the salmon received mixed reviews. Overall, despite a minor issue with the mashed potatoes and some drinks, the experience is recommended and worth returning for, especially for the food and live music.
