I had a simple order. The entire order was six tacos. I only got five tacos. The five I received were delicious. The lady that took my order was friendly. I just felt jipped because I paid for six. I didn't think it was that difficult because they usually put three in a box. I didn't feel like driving all the way back to have my order corrected. There are other DQ's in the area. I will will just frequent one of those other ones over this location.
I ran by to grab some dinner after work last night. Usually when I go to a drive thru the employees don’t care about your day, and don’t truly connect. I got to the window and Jessica was so warm with her greeting, then I got a giant smile from Monica. They chatted with and truly made me feel like they care for me as a person. You can really tell ALOT by the employee s that work here they are nice and treat you like your family they show respect for one another and in a fast food restaurant that doesn't go as smoothly but this store they work as a team and they make sure that you have everything you order and always with smiling face the manager is great and this manager works just as hard most managers stay in there office this one out in store working cleaning this is the best well running fast...
