Delightful Food Company is not a standard bakery. You may order their pastries for pickup, but must order a full dozen of your selection. Delightful does sell their baked goods to area restaurants and coffee shops, and has an occasional "pop-up" appearance at area vendors; the perfect way to taste test their wares. I found out about Delightful Food Company by going to the local Farmers Market here in Tyler. Her apple pie cruffin is absolutely delicious, and because she gave out free samples of the holiday pies she was going to offer, I was able to taste them and placed an order for her Chocolate Chess Pie and her Brown Butter Honey Pecan Pie! They are both amazing, but her Pecan Pie was our favorite. I can't wait to order more homemade pies from her!

Holy cow! Today was our first time trying Delightful Food Company after discovering them at the Rose City Farmers market and we are forever fans now!
