Holy cow! Today was our first time trying Delightful Food Company after discovering them at the Rose City Farmers market and we are forever fans now! We got a stuffed churro and a pineapple upside down cake cruffin and they were absolute *chefs kiss*! We didn’t get a chance to eat them immediately and many other cruffins and churros I’ve had aren’t near as good after they have been sitting for a while but these were still DIVINE! We can’t wait to try all of their other tasty creations! You can tell they are made with love

Delightful Food Company is not a standard bakery. You may order their pastries for pickup, but must order a full dozen of your selection. Delightful does sell their baked goods to area restaurants and coffee shops, and has an occasional "pop-up" appearance at area vendors; the perfect way to taste test their wares. Now....Holy moly, these pastries are fantastic!! My absolute favorite is a spectacularly elegant, flaky pastry called Kouign Aman; Google it. Try them. They are too perfect to describe.... Peach Tarts are the perfect balance of sweet peach and tender dough. Blueberry Cruffins will change your life! Think blueberry muffin with powdered sugar icing, thick blueberry compote and streusel but in a swirl of flaky, tender croissant. Oh, mama!!

I found out about Delightful Food Company by going to the local Farmers Market here in Tyler. Her apple pie cruffin is absolutely delicious, and because she gave out free samples of the holiday pies she was going to offer, I was able to taste them and placed an order for her Chocolate Chess Pie and her Brown Butter Honey Pecan Pie! They are both amazing, but her Pecan Pie was our favorite. I can’t wait to order more homemade pies from her!

I have sampled delightful baking company periodically since June through different functions with family and friends. Their lavender blueberry scones were my first introduction, and I was amazed at the flavor combination and bake! A baby shower I helped host served their pumpkin cheesecake muffins, and those are positively delicious. I would seriously ask for that recipe to be my birthday cake forever. SO GOOD. We ordered the chocolate chess pie with Earl Gray infusion and pumpkin pie for the Thanksgiving dinner we hosted in my home. It is safe to say that so long as Delightful Baking Co remains in business, I won't be baking my own pastries again. �

The best. Simply the best dessert and baked goods I've ever had anywhere. Hillary is the sweetest lady ever and she's so humble about her creations, but she makes the most perfect treats and deserves recognition for them! I ordered a thanksgiving pie from them and everyone in my family loved it too!! Definitely give this lady a try if you ever need anything from breakfast cookies and scones to desserts!
